Elly Joyce BSc (Hons) MChs

Elly graduated from the University of Southampton with a First Class Honours Degree in Podiatry in 2015. She received The Dean’s List Award for outstanding academic achievement in both 2014 and 2015. During the degree course, Elly completed the accredited 1000 clinical hours in a variety of NHS clinical settings, including nail surgery, biomechanics, at risk foot and wound care clinics, as well as rheumatology and routine chiropody clinics. Working in Private Practice has consolidated these skills.
Specialisation: Being qualified in Prescription Only Medicines, Elly is able to advise and provide treatment on a range of foot conditions.
Sport: Elly has competed in various triathlons, as well as the individual discipline endurance events involving cycling, swimming and running and is a keen open water swimmer. In 2009, the running club awarded her ‘Performance of the Year’ for competing in Iron Man France and raising money for charity. She has an interest in lower limb injuries, rehabilitation and in the maintenance of mobility.
