As we are not available for face to face treatments, we have put together a list of resources available from ‘The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy‘ for various conditions and ailments.
These are a great resource and starting point, it’s important to remain moving as stiffening and seizing can make it worse.
Movement is the best remedy and most symptoms will resolve with basic exercise.
